EdgeNode offers SMS notifications to keep you informed about your account activity, security alerts, billing updates, and support interactions. You can opt in using either method below.
Option 1: Text To Opt In
Text START to (502) 890-2042 from the mobile number you'd like to receive messages on.
You will receive a confirmation message once you are enrolled.

Option 2: Turn On SMS Notifications In The Client Portal
- Log into your account at client.edgenode.us
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Navigate to SMS Notifications
- Check the checkbox labeled "I consent to receive text messages about account alerts, 2FA codes, security alerts, and billing updates from EdgeNode at the phone number I provided. I acknowledge that my consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out of receiving messages.
